Before you can recover lost Android texts, it is always a good idea to begin with the built-in recovery options of your messaging platform. There are Android versions that keep deleted messages in a recycle or archive folder, albeit for a short period. In case the former is not an option, it is possible to recover lost messages with the help of a Google Drive backup generated before the deletion. Android recovery programs may be used to recover deleted Android texts when no backups are enabled, and the phone has not been reformatted. These programs may scan and provide the phone with the deleted Android texts as long as the data is not yet overwritten by newer files.
